My name is Niamh McNelis and I am 15 years old. I started baking at the age of 11 and since then I have never stopped. I found a great love for trying new recipes, challenging my skills but most of all having fun.
I first started baking Chocolate Chip Cookies every weekend for weeks until I had the recipe mastered and everyone was sick of them (including me). I then got bored of the same old same old and decided to adventure into cupcakes and cakes leading me to where I am today trying a bit of everything.
I started this blog to not only share my recipes and ideas with others but to help people of every age to bake some amazing treats. I have tested and re-tested all of these recipes finding out what works best and what doesn't so that you can easily re-create anything you wish using whatever you have.
